Pavilion Grand is a luxury residential and office condo project envisioned in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. The client asked upLink3d to produce an animation of the project to assist their sales team in test-marketing the project and enticing prospective buyers.

Design for Pavilion Grand was only in the schematic design phase when this video was created, and most of the interior spaces were undesigned. upLink3d worked closely with the client and architects to develop the interiors using photographs, furniture cut sheets, and material samples. Many of the furnishings were custom built based on photographs provided by the client.
